Kafi Joseph is a strategist, builder, and founder focused on redefining productivity through the lens of energy-first systems. After leading complex initiatives across military and corporate environments, she saw a consistent pattern: high performers were not failing due to lack of discipline or planning — they were operating inside systems that ignored how people actually sustain focus, decision-making, and execution.
Her work now centers on helping high-performers, leaders, and founders design work that aligns with their natural energy patterns, enabling clearer thinking, reduced burnout, and long-term impact.
Why inRG·Design Exists
The company was born from lived experience.
After experiencing severe burnout and later receiving an ADHD diagnosis, Kafi realized that the productivity systems she had relied on throughout her career were optimized for planning — not execution under real cognitive conditions. Existing tools assumed consistent energy, attention, and capacity, leaving many high-performing professionals struggling silently with time blindness, task paralysis, and executive overload.
When no tools adequately addressed this gap, inRG·Design was created to build them.
What began as personal research evolved into a broader mission: designing systems that adapt to people — instead of forcing people to adapt to systems.
