inRG·Design collects only what it needs to deliver what you asked for — a result, a resource, a reply, or a booking. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.
Some tools on this site collect more specific information than simply browsing does. Those tools each have their own notice below, so you can read exactly what applies to the thing you used rather than hunting through a single wall of text.

Burnout Pattern Finder
Quiz responses, optional demographics, and email consent.
Purpose and Data Usage
The Pattern Finder is conducted by inRG·Design to help individuals identify their burnout pattern and to build a research dataset on how burnout shows up across different people. Your quiz responses, and any demographic information you choose to share, are used to generate your personalized results and to inform ongoing research and content.
Confidentiality and Anonymity
We respect your privacy. Quiz and demographic data used for research is analyzed in aggregate. Personal information will be anonymized in any published results, articles, or research findings.
Data Protection
Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures. We employ encryption for data transmission and storage, and limit access to authorized personnel only. Your information is stored with HubSpot (contact and email preferences) and Supabase (quiz and demographic responses).
Consent
By completing the Pattern Finder and checking the consent box, you consent to the collection and use of your responses as described in this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
Voluntary Participation
Your participation is entirely voluntary. Demographic questions are optional and can be skipped. You may exit the Pattern Finder at any time.
Data Retention
We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Age Restriction
The Pattern Finder is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please do not complete this tool without parental consent.
